This rare handcrafted vintage maxi skirt was purchased from the original owner who said she bought it in the late 60’s. It is made of a heavy red linen/cotton fabric and is decorated with hand and machine embroidery. Little mirrors are incorporated into the colorful embroidered circles and the embroidery almost looks like little owl faces. The colors are vibrant and it would be the perfect skirt for a music festival. It has a side zipper and tie closure and is a quality piece. Let me know before purchasing if you want USPS instead of Fedex Ground, if you need it faster, but it's more expensive.
This skirt has nominal wear for being over fifty years old. It is not in “perfectly pristine” condition but it is definitely wearable as is. There are several loose threads and several flaws in the fabric. See all photos.
