We recommend first filling the bottom of the bag with rags and then putting sand on the top. We recommend putting the sand in multiple plastic sandwich bags for optimal filling. For custom use, the quantity of rags and sand used to fill the bag enables to adjust the total weight and the level of stiffness of the bag.
