Founded in 1920 by Pierre LAFITTE, the company's original activity was the sale of game (partridges, woodcocks, ortolans, hares, etc.) and foie gras to a clientele of traditional restaurateurs in the region. He died prematurely, and it was his son Léon who took over the business and developed it with his wife Solange. In 1970, Léon LAFITTE and his children joined forces, and the company's activity expanded in France and abroad.
