Rare find: This item is hard to come by. This is truly a rare find! A very lovely antique American brilliant period signed Hawkes, 6 inch glass bowl. The etched signature of Hawkes is represented by a trefoil ring enclosing a Fleur-de-lis and two hawks. You can see this signature represented by my pictures. Its in the first and second picture right in the center. This piece has a gorgeous amount of various patterns. Star of David with a hopstar, floral, leaves, starburst rays on the bottom and edge of bowl has notch top rim. Made between 1870 and 1920. Bowl measure 6 inches wide top rim. 2.25 inches tall. Bowl pattern is Empire. Bowl is free from chips, nicks cracks, etc. There is minor table contact surface scratches on the base of the bowl. For a 100 year old bowl. It is in remarkable condition. Non smoking pet free home.
