Artley Early Elkhart Indiana plated flute model SN 70512 is likely from the 60's, possibly between 1966-1969, although Artley did not always use a linear system with serial numbers. It comes with a case which doesn't appear to be the original.
It does have typical signs of use for an instrument from this time period. Scratches, plating wear, tarnish, etc. No major dings or dents. Flute assembles easily. It plays quite well from top to bottom as far as tone goes. A service would absolutely bring it to top playing condition. I have enjoyed it as is. It's had some pads replaced.
