They are filed in chronological order, but the order may be slightly off due to page limitations. No need to organize since they are in files!
The dates are just a reference. There are items from many years, few years, and some years with nothing.
There are no omissions as far as I can see!
Many valuable old articles and photos; nothing recent!!
