This complete set of Tomica Town Denny's, including the main building, box, and all accessories, is a rare find.

Purchased new around 2000 for collection purposes. It has been opened. After being displayed briefly at the time of purchase, it was returned to the box and stored in a dark place.

The interior and the sign on the roof will light up if you insert two AA batteries (confirmed to light up with a TV remote control's infrared signal). The battery cover of the infrared Tomica could not be opened without a screwdriver, so it is unknown if the Tomica emits infrared light. There is some discoloration and dirt on the ground, but the overall condition is good.

All accessories are included. The white stickers are slightly faded. The box shows signs of aging, such as discoloration, tears, and dirt. A toy store sticker remains on the front of the box.
